Some people are just naturally creative and there is nothing more of a dream for any kind of designer to work with someone who can take a vision and create it right before your eyes. Mitch Mitton is one of those people. Interestingly, Mitch and I connected through Linked In (for those of you who don’t believe in social media). We had been looking for a replica of the bird girl for the Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil sponsored by AVI Architectural Visions, with no luck. I remember last year searching for one for the GPP which was doing a trade show at the Governor’s conference so I already knew that any out there were either terribly expensive or way too small.

So, now through a partnership with All About Props, we are keeping Mitch busy. I have to say that I’m so thrilled to share Mitch as a resource for set designers, event designers and to my surprise, Mitch also has vast experience creating drapery hardware and furniture. I’m understanding that there is probably nothing he can’t do. The photo to the right is just a peek at the massive creation he is now working on for Sherwin Williams. Prepare to be amazed.
